Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Orange Muffins

3/4 cup spelt flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flax
125 g margarine 120800
1 orange
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup dried apricots

Recipe Directions for Mom's Orange Muffins

  1. Mix wet, starting by melting margarine.

  2. Mix dry separately.

  3. Mix wet into dry and stir until just combined.

  4. Add in cranberries and chopped apricots.
