Simple, creamy, chicken and rice casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's No-Peek Chicken

1 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cup of milk, 1%
1 2/5 cups of white rice
1/2 cups of peanuts, crushed

Recipe Directions for Mom's No-Peek Chicken

  1. - Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray

  2. - In a medium bow, whisk together celery soup, chicken soup and milk until smooth. Stir in rice. Pour rice mixture over bottom of baking dish. Arrange chicken breasts over rice. Sprinkle ether onion soup mix or crushed peanuts over top.

  3. - Cover with foil and bake at 350deg for 1.5 hours. DO NOT PEEK. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
