Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Nanaimo Bars

1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp cocoa
1 egg
1 cup coconut, shredded
2 cups graham crumbs
4 tbsp sugar
1 egg
38 g custard 73605
2 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened almond breeze 101653
1/4 cup margarine
5 oz chocolate
3 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Mom's Nanaimo Bars

  1. Melt and mix margarine through egg in pan.

  2. Stir in coconut and graham crumbs.

  3. Press into bottom of pan.

  4. Cream together custard through margarine and spread on top of base.

  5. Chill in fridge 2hrs.

  6. Melt chocolate and margarine in pot and spread on custard layer.

  7. Chill in fridge 2hrs.
