Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Mexican Style Fried Rice

1 cup rice
16 oz ground beef
10 oz can diced tomatoes
1 large onion, diced
14 oz chicken broth
7 3/4 oz tomato sauce
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mom's Mexican Style Fried Rice

  1. Brown 16 oz ground beef and drain fat

  2. Slightly Brown 1 cup of rice in 1 tbs olive oil

  3. mix all ingredients in large sauce pan

  4. bring to boil

  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is done
