My Mom's hearty and moist meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion
4 stalks celery
2 eggs
10 slices multigrain bread
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c water
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Mom's Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients together. Meat should be squishy. Spray 9x9 pan with non-stick spray. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour. Put cheese on top if desired 20 minutes prior to meatloaf being done.
