Mom's homemade meatloaf - low fat style

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Meatloaf

1 pound 96% lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 stalk celery
2 cloves garlic
14 ounces crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Mom's Meatloaf

  1. mix all ingredients except tomatoes

  2. also add rosemary, tarragon, salt and pepper to tast

  3. cook at 375 for 30 minutes, pour tomatoes on top. Return to oven for 30 more minutes or until thermoter reads beef medium
