13/20 pounds extra lean ground beef
13/20 pounds extra lean ground turkey
3 slices bread
1 c milk
1 egg
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp celery seed

Recipe Directions for Mom's Meatloaf

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. soak bread with milk

  3. mix everything together in large mixing bowl

  4. place in loaf pan

  5. bake for at least an hour
