Super easy meatloaf. It is also very juicy!

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Meatloaf

1 egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
8 oz tomato sauce
16 saltine crackers (crushed)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 lb beef

Recipe Directions for Mom's Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Crush up the crackers in a bowl, and pour in half of the tomato sauce, egg, onion powder, and seasoned salt. Mix until mushed. Set the other half of the tomato sauce aside for later.

  3. Mix in meat, and mix again until mushed.

  4. Put meat mixture in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

  5. Mix ketchup with the saved tomato sauce, and pour it over the top of the meatloaf.

  6. Bake meatloaf another 15 minutes.
