Recipe Ingredients for MOM'S MEATLESS LENTIL SOUP (Salt Free)

2 cups Lentils
8 cups Water
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 cup Onions, chopped, ABOUT 1 large
1 cup Carrots, chopped, ABOUT 2 large
1 cup Celery,chopped, ABOUT 3 storks
1 cup Tomatoes, diced (can or jar) OR 1 large tomato without skin, chopped
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
