Recipe Ingredients for Mom's meat loaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 c tomato juice
3/4 c Oats
1 egg
1/4 c chopped onion
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 c chopped parsley
1 T fresh horseradish

Recipe Directions for Mom's meat loaf

combine all ingredients, pack into loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees for one hour
