Family comfort food, and a favorite.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lb beef, ground, 90%
1/2 cup minute rice
3 oz red onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 spray pam
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp horseradish

Recipe Directions for Mom's Meat Loaf

  1. Preheat oven 350 F.

  2. Dice onion, then combine well all ingredients accept for PAM in a large bowl.

  3. In a shallow baking pan (Aprx. 3D X 9W X 11L) PAM the dish then place and shape meat to being about 1 1/2" thick.

  4. Bake for 45-50 min. For moister meatloaf cook covered tightly.

  5. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes.

  6. Cut and serve.
