Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 c oatmeal
3/4 c 2% milk
1/4 c green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c onion, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Mom's Meat Loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oatmeal and milk, set aside for about 10 minutes for oatmeal to soften. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients together with hands. Add oatmeal and milk, and continue to mix with hands (or in mixer). Bake for 1.5 hours.
