A little Variation Every time. A dash here, different cheese, whatever works Very good, family can eat a whole casserole dish in one sitting

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Mac & Cheese

1 lb pasta
10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 2/3 cup Low fat milk
3 1/2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
5 oz Chedder Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mom's Mac & Cheese

  1. Boil pasta until al dente'

  2. cube about 8 oz of whatever cheese you please

  3. once pasta is done boiling- drain and spoon half of pasta into casserole dish

  4. spoon half can of mushroom soup onto pasta and spread over the top

  5. place half of cubed cheese over top of mushroom soup

  6. add remaining pasta and do the same ( cover with remaining soup and remaining cheese)

  7. slowly pour milk over entire casserole dish

  8. Baking time varies- oven temp between 375 and 425

  9. bake approximately 45-1 hour with lid on, until cheese is melted

  10. for about 15- 20 bake with lid off and brown top
