Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Low-Carb Pizza Recipe

8 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cheese
12 slices pepperoni
3 ounce tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Mom's Low-Carb Pizza Recipe

  1. Pizza Crust:

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. beat eggwhites and cream of tartar in bowl until light and fluffy

  4. add 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp of garlic salt and mix in with beater

  5. spray a flat pan (round or rectangular) with olive oil spray and spread out eggwhite mix

  6. spray top of eggwhite mix with olive oil spray

  7. Cook for 30 minutes in pre-heated oven

  8. *For extra crisp crust, spray after 30 min, broil for a couple of minutes

  9. Toppings:

  10. pull egg white pizza crust out of oven

  11. mix 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp of garlic salt with tomato sauce and spread on crust

  12. Spread 1 cup of cheese over crust

  13. Add Pepperonis

  14. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
