Barilla Four Layer No-boil Lasagne

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's lasagna

7 oz lasagne
2 eggs
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 oz mozarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb ground beef
48 oz marinara sauce

Recipe Directions for Mom's lasagna

  1. Preperation: Preheact oven to 375F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl beat eggs. Stir in ricotta 2 cups of mozarella and the parmesan.

  2. Spread 1 cup of sauce on bottom of baking pan.

  3. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 ricotta mixture, half of bowned meet, 1 cup of mozzerella, and 1 cup of sauce.

  4. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 ricotta mixture, and 1-1/2 cups of sauce.

  5. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, the remaining ricotta mixture and browned meet, and 1 cup of sauce.

  6. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, the remaining sauce, and remaining 1 cup of mozzerella.

  7. Bake, covered with foil until bubbly, 50-60 minutes. Uncover, and continue cooking until cheese is melted, about 5 mins. Let stand for about 15 mins.
