This is what my mom cooks sometimes when i go to her home. Delish!

Recipe Ingredients for moms homemade recipe

1 egg
3 tablespoons red pepper
2 bacon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper

Recipe Directions for moms homemade recipe

  1. Directions:

  2. Fry bacon till golden brown, when done discard bacon drippings

  3. Beat eggs in sized meduim bowl

  4. Add salt and pepper

  5. slice red pepper

  6. Slice Bacon into 1 cm squares

  7. mix all into bowl, place frying pan on stove on meium heat till cooked through to your desire.

  8. Then serve
