1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp Regular Mustard
2 tbsp Red Onion

Recipe Directions for Mom's home made Egg Salad

Cut up eggs into small pieces. Discard all but two egg yolk. Add mayo and mustard. Dice onions or chop the, however you like them or don't add them at all. But the onions usually help give the flavor a boost. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour if desired.
