330 g gruyere cheese
2 cups semi-skimmed milk
4 eggs, beaten

Recipe Directions for Mom's Home-made Cheesy Souffle

  1. Wet rusks in milk, then place at the bottom of an over-proof dish or pyrex.

  2. Preheat oven at 200C.

  3. Mis cheese with beaten eggs, then throw on top of rusk layer.

  4. Bake until golden.
