Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Ham Loaf

1 lb. chopped ham
1 lb. hamburger
1 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 black pepper
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Water
3/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 cup Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Mom's Ham Loaf

  1. Glaze: Boil 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/4 Cup Water, 3/4 tsp. Dry Mustard, 1/4 Cup Vinegar

  2. Mix remaining ingredients well; Place in loaf pan (or 6 small loafs in 9x9 pan)

  3. Cover with the glaze.

  4. Cover with foil, bake @ 325 degrees for 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.

  5. Remove foil last 1/2 hour.
