My favorite mushroom, onion, and cheese omlette.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's favorite omlette

2 eggs
1 T 2% milk
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 T chopped onion
1 T canola oil
1/2 c shredded montery jack cheese
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Mom's favorite omlette

  1. 2 whole eggs

  2. 1T 2% milk

  3. 1T canoa oil

  4. 1 T chopped onion

  5. 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

  6. 1/2 c shredded montery jack cheese

  7. pepper to taste

  8. In a small saute pan cook fresh mushrooms and onion until browned slightly caramelized. Remove from pan save for later. Pour in beaten milk and egg into pan cooking until firm. Add back in the mushrooms and onion add cheese, fold over and finish cooking until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
