Fast and easy ground beef enchiladas - Even better the next day!

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Easy Enchiladas

10 Flour Tortillas
1 pound Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
6 ounce tomato paste
425 grams Nalley Original Chili
48 grams Enchilada mix

Recipe Directions for Mom's Easy Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown ground beef, drain and return to pan.

  3. Add Chili, heat through, put to the side.

  4. Prepare Lawry's Enchilada Sauce according to directions on packet.

  5. Pour half of the prepared Enchilada Sauce into a 9x13 inch pan.

  6. Spoon ground beef mixture into the middle of a flour tortilla, roll up and place seam side down in the pan. Repeat for 9 remaining tortillas, making sure that when you put the enchiladas side by side you squeeze a little bit of the sauce between them.

  7. If there is any ground beef mixture left, sprinkle across the top of the enchiladas.

  8. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas, and move it about with a spoon to make sure they are all well covered.

  9. Sprinkle all of the cheese over the enchiladas.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
