Delicious summer salad. My made this all the time in the summer when the garden was in.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Delicious Cucumber Salad

6 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 serving Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
4 packet Stevia
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mom's Delicious Cucumber Salad

Peel and slice 3 large cucumbers. Stir the remaining ingredients together to make a dressing. Stir into the cucumbers. Stir again before serving.
