5 cups regular rolled oats
1 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Mom's Crunchy Granola

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Heat honey and oil in microwave...spreads easier

  3. Combine all ingredients.

  4. Bake 325 stirring every 15 min. for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
