Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Cream Puffs

1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Mom's Cream Puffs

Boil water. Add butter and stir until butter melts. Add flour and salt all at once, stirring constantly with wooden spoon until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating to a smooth paste after each one. Beat mixture until smooth and fluffy. Drop by heaping tablespoon on greased cookie sheet about 3" apart. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until well puffed and lightly browned. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
