Mom's homemade fritters, super simple and tasty. To be made with dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Corn Fritters

1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.33 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Mom's Corn Fritters

  1. Combine can of corn (or creamed corn if you'd like it sweeter) with other ingredients and mix until there's no flour leftover..

  2. All measurements are approximations as we do it by feel: you want the batter to drop into the pan much like a pancake. They're done when they have a bit of give to them.

  3. Cook thoroughly. You can fry the in oil or butter but we do them dry. Flip when golden brown and press down into the pan so they cook through fully.

  4. Dip in yogurt-maggie-curry dressing and enjoy!
