Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Chops in Cream of Mushroom Soup

18 oz pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup, low sodium
10 3/4 oz milk
1 cup brown rice
1 cup mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Mom's Chops in Cream of Mushroom Soup

  1. Pan fry chops until golden brown.

  2. Place in 9 x 13 pyrex pan sprayed with olive oil pan spray.

  3. mix soup and milk until blended - use 3/4 can to 1 can of milk - make sure it's not too thin.

  4. cover chops with soup mixture.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and browning on top.

  6. Serve with rice and mixed veggies.
