1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Mom's choc-oat coconut cookies

  1. cream butter & sugar in mixer

  2. add eggs & vanilla

  3. mix flour, baking soda, salt in separate bowl, then add to prepared butter/sugar/egg mixture

  4. stir in oatmeal, coconut, and choc. chips

  5. bake at 350 for 10 -11 minutes
