Quick and easy use of leftover roast beef

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's chinese beef w/rice

1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 oz. beef steak, sliced use leftover cooked beef
1 medium tomato
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup white rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for Mom's chinese beef w/rice

  1. Cut the onion and the tomato into wedges.

  2. Saute the onion, peper in oil

  3. Add beef to heat it and soy sauce, you can mix with a little corn starch and water to make the sauce thicker.

  4. Add tomatoes last, just before serving
