Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Chili Rellenos

160 g colby cheese
227 g monterey jack cheese
6 large eggs
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t Cumin
240 g Chi Chi's Fiesta Diced Green Chilies

Recipe Directions for Mom's Chili Rellenos

  1. Put layer of cheese on bottom of cooking dish

  2. Add layer of chilis

  3. Add 2nd layer of cheese

  4. Add 3d layer of chilis

  5. Add final layer of cheese

  6. Mix all other ingredients together until well blended

  7. Pour over cheese & chilis

  8. Bake on 350 for 40 minutes
