Chili- vegi or regular. We kind of add whatever it is we have and wing it with ingrediants. Its really more of a soup for me then chili but it does depend on what we have

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Chili

1 serving Ground Beef
1 serving Tomatoes Diced
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Mom's Chili

  1. brown beef (or vegi soy substitue) with one large yellow onion in a pan with garlic

  2. put browned beef, onion and garlic in large pot. Add two large cans of diced tomatoes, add whatever vegetables you have. Let it come to a bowel then add a handful of cumin, handful or oregano, two handfuls of chili powder, tbsp of pepper and a tsp of salt. Leave on medium heat for 20 minutes
