1 cup chicken breast 1/4 cup cooked bell pepper 1/4 cup steamed asparagus 1/4 cup steamed zuccini 1/8 cup cooked onion 3oz sweet and sour sauce

1 cup chicken breast
1/4 cup cooked bell pepper
1/4 cup steamed asparagus
1/4 cup steamed zuccini
1/8 cup cooked onion
3 oz sweet and sour sauce

Recipe Directions for Moms Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Steam or boil bell pepper, zuccini and onion

  2. Steam or boil asparagas seperately.

  3. Boil or sear chicken breast in skillet until cooked thoroughly

  4. Mix chicken and vegitables together with contadena sweet and sour sauce, heat on medium until sauce is hot. Serve and enjoy!

  5. Additions: Crunchy chow mein noodles.
