3 lbs chicken
3 cups of corn
2 quarts of tomatoes
3 stalks of celery
1 large onion
1 cup macaroni
2 cups of peas
2 cups green beans
2 cups carrots

  1. All bone, fat and skin is removed from the chicken. Boil chicken meat, drain.

  2. Then throw everything into a great big pot (add a bit of water if needed) and let that stuff simmer for the rest of the day.
