Mom's Cheesecake Recipe

Makes 8 servings



Mom usually used light creamcheese, will add that when I can find it in the food list. Can double recipe, but don't double the sugar. Can also add graham cracker crust, but that's more calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Cheesecake

8 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar, granulated
1/2 cup milk, 2%
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Mom's Cheesecake

  1. Whip cream cheese & eggs together.

  2. Add sugar, milk & vanilla.

  3. Pour into greased (with pam) 9x9 pan.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until top cracks.
