6 oz summer squash
3 tbsp olive oil
3 oz sweet onion
7 oz tomato
2 oz feta cheese
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Mom's Bruschetta

  1. Saute onion, oil and squash... mix other ingredients in separate bowl, and add sauteed ingredients.

  2. Serve with french bread!
