Yummy, gooey brownie from Mom's recipe!

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Brownies

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 Baking Chocolate Unsweetened Squares
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 large egg

Recipe Directions for Mom's Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8X8 pan.

  2. Melt Chocolate in microwave for 1 minute on high; add butter microwave another minute. Mix with wooden spoon until blended and completely melted.

  3. Add sugar and mix well, add eggs one at a time and mix well.

  4. Add flour and incorporate completely. Add vanilla and mix.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Brownies will be gooey but done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Don't over bake.
