An easy breakfast casserole to put together the night before.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Breakfast Casserole

6 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
16 oz 1% Low Fat Milk Milk
6 slice Nature's Own Honey Seven Grain
8 oz Real Bacon Pieces

Recipe Directions for Mom's Breakfast Casserole

  1. Tear apart 6 slices of bread and put in the bottom of a 13x9 pan.

  2. Spread out bacon pieces onto the bread, making an even layer.

  3. Spread out shredded cheese on top of the bacon, making an even layer.

  4. Mix eggs and milk together, season as desired.

  5. Let it set in the refrigerator over night or at least 8 hours.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
