Makes 3 loaves of delicious, light, fluffy bread!

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's bread

10 Tbsp Pure Honey
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 tsp Yeast
15 grams Distilled Apple Cider Vinegar
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table
5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 cup All-Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Mom's bread

Knead until ready. Let rise in a warm place, covered with damp cloth for 2-4 hours or until doubled. Punch down and rise again for about 1-1/2 hours. Separate into 3 sections and put into greased pans. Let rise until it reaches the top of the pan. Bake in cold oven for 15 minutes, (while preheating to 400), then for 25 minutes at 350. Cool on rack 25 minutes.
