Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Best Blueberry Muffins

1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for Mom's Best Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.

  2. mix egg and milk

  3. add everything but blueberries- stir until just moistened. Batter will be lumpy.

  4. Add blueberries.

  5. Put in muffin pan. Cook 20-22 minutes or until golden brown on the tops.
