Recipe Ingredients for Mom's BBQ'd Meat balls or Meatloaf

1 can evaporated milk
3 lb ground beef
2 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili pepper
3 cups ketchup
2 1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup chopped onions

Recipe Directions for Mom's BBQ'd Meat balls or Meatloaf

Mix 1st nine ingredients togather. From into meat balls or loafs. Place into greased pans. Mix sauce and pour over each ball or loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one 1 hour.
