Recipe Ingredients for Mom's banana muffin

3 bananas, mashed
2/3 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup bran
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Mom's banana muffin

  1. Mash bananas with sugar.

  2. Add egg and vanilla and stir.

  3. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  4. Add oil and raisins.

  5. Bake 22 minutes at 350 F in muffin tins.

  6. OR, turn into loaf pan and bake 50 minutes at 350 F
