Baked spaghetti. Great reheated. Freezes well. Lower in calories (even with butter!) and tastier than anything Lean Cuisine can throw your way. Real comfort food.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's baked spaghetti

1 T butter
1 cup minced onion
3/4 cup minced green pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lb ground beef
3 1/2 cups cooked tomatoes
8 oz uncooked spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Mom's baked spaghetti

  1. saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter. Add beef and brown.

  2. Drain

  3. Cook pasta and drain.

  4. Mix pasta, meat mixture & tomatoes in casserole.

  5. Bake 30 mins at 350
