This is a delicious marinade for either chicken or flank steak. I put in all the ingredients, however much of this marinade will not actually be absorbed into the meat (so its calorie amount is super conservative)

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Asian Marinade

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 serving Distilled White Vinegar
1/4 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

  1. Mix together

  2. Put in a bag with meat to be marinaded
