Delicious apple crisp made with Brummel & Brown instead of butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Apple Crisp

6 cups peeled apples
1/2 cup brummel and brown spread
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Mom's Apple Crisp

  1. Cut the peeled apples into slices and put in the bottom of a small casserole.

  2. Mix up the sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in the butter (or spread) until the bits are pea-sized.

  3. Pour this over the apples.

  4. Bake in a 375 oven for 40-45 minutes.
