Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Apple Cake

1 cup Butter
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
5 medium (3") Apples
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 serving Egg, Whole
3 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Mom's Apple Cake

Melt butter in milk. Combine all dry ingredients except cinnamon. Beat eggs and then alternate wet and dry ingredients. Pour half of batter into a bundt pan. Add peeled and chopped apples coated in cinnamon and then top with remaining batter. Bake for about an hour at 350.
