Mom's 3-bean salad - great for a snack

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's 3-bean salad

15 oz green beans, canned
15 oz wax beans, canned
4 cup beans, kidney, red, mature seed, canned
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mom's 3-bean salad

  1. Drain and rinse all beans.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a water-tight storage container.

  3. Shake to mix.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.
