280 grams vidalia onion, diced
3 grams fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
600 grams russet potatoes, diced

Recipe Directions for Mommy's potato hash

  1. Put olive oil in large pan and heat.

  2. Sautee onions and garlic in oil.

  3. When onions and garlic are browned, put in potatoes.

  4. Cook two minutes, moving contents of pot around.

  5. Cover.

  6. Cook two minutes more.

  7. Serve.
