no-fat chili. My mom makes this ahead of time and stores them in the freezer. My dad can easily take out a portion and heat it up. Excellent for his low-salt low-fat diet.

Recipe Ingredients for Mommy's No-fat chili

8 oz Carrots
48 oz Beef
8 oz Vine Sweet Mini Peppers
16 oz Onions
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 tbsp Chili Powder
4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Herbs De Provence
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mommy's No-fat chili

  1. Pre-cook meat and get rid of any remaining fat (spoon out fat that separates from meat juices)

  2. In the meantime chop all other ingredients and combine in a big pot.

  3. Add cooked meat and mix together.

  4. Cook on high till boils.

  5. Lower to medium and cook for around an hour.

  6. Stir occasionnally.
