Mommy's delicious and nutritious homemade granola!

Recipe Ingredients for Mommy's Granola

10 cups dry oats
5 cups spelt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup flax
1 cup dried coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Mommy's Granola

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together (do not include dried fruit)

  2. Mix all wet ingredients together

  3. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients in a large bowl

  4. Mix all together very well

  5. Spread mixture into a large baking pan, not more than an inch thick (can use cookie sheet)

  6. Bake at 300 F until golden brown (30-60 minutes)

  7. Mix in dried fruit
