  1. Brown beef

  2. stir in beans, sauce , tomatoes

  3. add seasonings such as chilli pepper, garlic, creole, and red hot season

  4. stir and simmer on medium stirring occasionaly for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve with sour cream and cheese
