4 clove garlic
2 tbsp+chopped shallot
1 cup carrot
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cup strained tomatoes, bella travola

  1. brown meat

  2. drain into a strainer

  3. add veggies to the now empty pan

  4. sautee for about 10 minutes

  5. add desired spices.

  6. sautee for another minute

  7. add strained tomatoes and marinara sauce

  8. serve over rice, potatoes or noodles.
